A response to
a blind spot.
The undersea world keeps the global economy running. Energy pipelines, fiber-optic cables, power interconnectors, and offshore platforms span hundreds of thousands of kilometers across every ocean. Almost none of it is watched in real time.
SEARA was founded by a team with deep roots in maritime operations, naval intelligence, and machine learning — people who had spent their careers watching critical infrastructure protected by inspection schedules measured in months while threats moved in minutes.
The wake-up calls have come repeatedly: Nord Stream. Baltic Sea cable cuts. Anchor strikes that took years to attribute. Each time, the pattern was the same — the data existed somewhere, in fragments, scattered across AIS feeds, satellite passes, weather services, and regulatory databases. Nobody was fusing it into a single picture.
SEARA-SIPS exists to close that gap. We turn fragmented maritime data into a continuous, defensible, operator-grade intelligence layer for the assets that quietly move the world.
